Masaar, Sharjah Sustainable City and Tilal City are some of the newest villa stock in the country. The sliding and French doors in these homes are modern, well-sealed units, which suits our process perfectly: we match the new panel to your existing door instead of touching it.
Newer homes in Sharjah often have double-glazed glass. That is no problem. We build a new sealed double-glazed unit with the flap opening cut before tempering, so the insulation your door was built with stays intact.
If you are in one of the newer communities, send us a photo of your door when you ask for a quote. We can usually tell from the photo which panel configuration you have, which speeds up the visit.

Many new Sharjah villas are double-glazed. We build a new sealed double-glazed unit with the flap opening cut before tempering, so your door keeps its insulation.
How do measurement visits work in Sharjah?+
You send us a photo of your door first. We then visit to measure the door, the glass and the frame, confirm the flap and glass options, and agree your quote before anything is made.
We have a lot of stray cats in the area. Which flap should we get?+
The microchip flap. It reads your cat's implanted chip and stays locked for every other animal, so bold neighbourhood cats cannot follow yours in.
Can you match the frame colour to my doors?+
Frames are powder-coated aluminium, and we pick the closest of our standard finishes to your existing doors. The glass will look close to your existing glass but not identical; we say this upfront so there are no surprises.
