Abu Dhabi is a mix: villas in Khalifa City and Mohammed Bin Zayed City, apartments on Yas Island and Al Raha. We fit pet flaps in both. Villas get sliding and French door panels; apartments get window, balcony door and fixed-panel flaps.

Villas and towers, same fitting.
Our Abu Dhabi work splits roughly between villas and apartments. In Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Al Reef, the jobs look like our Dubai villa work: sliding or French doors to the garden, new tempered panel, flap fitted and tested.
On Yas Island, Al Raha and in the tower stock, the openings are different: balcony sliding doors, kitchen windows, fixed panels in the laundry. A cat flap fits all of these. The panel is smaller, but the process is identical: measure, make new glass, temper it, fit it.
Apartment renters use our silicon-fixed inserts heavily. The panel sits in the existing track with silicon only, nothing is screwed into the frames, and the original glass is stored with you for move-out day.

Manual cat flaps
Regular for cats up to 4.5 kg, large for cats over 4.5 kg. Simple push-through, lockable at night.
Microchip cat flaps
Reads your cat's implanted chip. Your cat passes, every other animal is locked out.
Dog doors M / L / XL
21.0x31.1, 26.0x41.3 and 34.9x60.3 cm openings, fitted in sliding, French, patio and aluminium doors.

Silicon-fixed panels. No screws, no frame damage, invisible once removed.
New tempered glass
Every flap sits in a new panel: cut, tempered, double-glazed. Your old glass is never cut.

I live in an apartment tower. Can you still fit a cat flap?+
Yes. Balcony sliding doors, kitchen windows and fixed panels all take a cat flap. We make a new panel to fit your opening, temper it, and fit it in place of the original.
My tower glass is tinted. Will the new panel match?+
It will look close, not identical. Pick from gray, green, brown or blue reflective glass, or transparent. Many towers use exclusive glass that cannot be sourced, so we are honest about this before you agree.
Do I need my landlord's permission as a renter?+
Most renters ask their owner out of courtesy, but permission is not required: the silicon-fixed insert damages nothing, and the original glass goes straight back in when you leave.
Are tower windows usually double-glazed?+
Often, yes. We build a new sealed double-glazed unit with the flap opening cut before tempering, so the insulation is preserved.
