Your door, the glass type and the frame. We check exactly what your panel needs before anything is made.
We make new glass
A fresh panel is cut with the flap opening. Your existing glass is never touched, never cut.
Tempered & double-glazed
The new panel is tempered for safety, then double-glazed for insulation against the heat.
Fitted & tested
Installed in place of your old panel, sealed with weather strips, and the flap tested on the spot.

Can you install a pet door in my sliding glass door?+
Yes. Sliding doors are our most common job. We fit the flap into a new panel that sits in your existing sliding track, so the door keeps sliding exactly as before.
Can you cut a hole in my existing glass?+
No. Tempered glass shatters if you try to cut it, so nobody can do this safely. Instead we make a brand-new panel with the flap opening, temper it, double-glaze it, and fit it in place of your old panel.
Will the new glass match my existing glass?+
It will look close, not identical. Choose from gray, green, brown or blue reflective glass, or transparent. Many projects use exclusive glass that cannot be sourced, so a 100% match is not possible. We tell you this upfront.
I rent my villa. Will this damage the frames?+
No. Our inserts are fixed with silicon only. No screws, no damage to your frames, and nothing to see once the insert is removed. Most renters ask their owner out of courtesy, but permission is not required.
My cat weighs over 4.5 kg. Which flap do I need?+
The large flap. The regular flap suits cats up to 4.5 kg; anything heavier needs the roomier large opening to pass through comfortably.
How does the microchip cat flap work?+
It reads the microchip your vet implanted in your cat. When your cat approaches, the flap unlocks; every other animal faces a locked door. No collar tag needed, and strange or aggressive cats stay outside.
What is the weather strip for?+
Once our panel sits in a sliding door, a small gap remains where the two panels interlock. The weather strip seals that gap against hot air and dust. It is sometimes included in your offer and sometimes a AED 250 add-on. We tell you which before you agree to anything.
