We make new tempered, double-glazed panels to order, with the flap opening cut before tempering, so the glass is exactly as strong as the original.

Big glass, handled carefully.
The villas on the Palm open through very large sliding panels, and the apartments have wide balcony doors with the same scale. Cutting into that glass is not possible, so every flap goes into a new panel: cut to size, tempered, double-glazed, with the flap opening formed before tempering. The door keeps its strength, its glide and its lock.
Matching matters here. Reflective glass comes in gray, green, brown and blue, plus transparent, and we get as close as glass allows. A slight colour variation is normal and it is never a 100% match, which we say plainly before you choose. Powder-coated aluminium frames are finished to sit with the existing joinery.

Dog doors in Palm Jumeirah
Large breeds are at home on the Palm, and the XL door at 34.9x60.3 cm fits a Labrador with room to spare. It goes into a new tempered panel made for your sliding wall or patio door, with the opening formed before tempering so the glass keeps its full strength. The M at 21.0x31.1 cm and L at 26.0x41.3 cm cover smaller breeds.
Oversized panels need proper making, and that is the whole job here. We measure the exact opening, build the panel, and fit it into the existing track. Weather strips seal the interlock gap against sea air and dust, sometimes included, sometimes a AED 250 add-on.

Cat flaps in Palm Jumeirah
Palm cats split between villa gardens and apartment balconies, and both get the same new-panel treatment. The microchip flap reads the cat's implanted chip and keeps other animals out, which counts in towers where cats pass on the same floor. Manual flaps come in regular and large.
Cats over 4.5 kg need the large manual opening. The flap's magnetic seal closes behind the cat, keeping the cooled interior sealed against the heat outside.

Fit
The panel is fitted into the existing track or frame and sealed. Rental-friendly inserts are silicon-fixed only, with no screws and no damage.
Test
We check the glide, the lock, and the seal against sea air and dust, then hand the original panel back for safekeeping.
