Medium, large and extra-large dog doors, fitted across Dubai, UAE. Tell us your dog's size and your door type. We handle the glass, the frame and the fitting.

A Dubai villa dog spends the day watching the garden through a sliding glass door. Someone has to open it, every time, all day. A dog door fitted into that sliding panel ends the routine. The dog pushes through to the garden when it wants, comes back in when it is done, and nobody plays doorman.
We fit the PetSafe Freedom aluminium door in three sizes. Medium, 21.0×31.1 cm, suits dogs up to French Bulldog size. Large, 26.0×41.3 cm, suits Beagle-sized dogs. X-Large, 34.9×60.3 cm, suits Labrador-sized dogs. There is no Small. We do not install it, because it is too small for a dog to use comfortably.
The flap goes into a brand-new tempered glass panel made for your door, in Jumeirah Park, Arabian Ranches, Damac Hills or wherever the villa is. Your existing glass is never cut, and renters get silicon-fixed inserts that leave the frames untouched.
Getting the size right matters more than anything else. Too small and your dog squeezes through, scrapes its back, and starts avoiding the door. Too large and you lose insulation while the flap gets heavier to push.
At the survey we measure two things: shoulder height, from the floor to the top of the shoulders while the dog stands, and width at the widest point, usually the chest or hips. The flap opening should clear both with room to spare, and between sizes we always size up.
For puppies, plan ahead and size for the adult from the start. A Labrador puppy will be a 30 kg adult within a year, and a puppy learns an X-Large flap just as fast as a small one. You only pay for the installation once, so make it the size your dog will need for life.
The glass in Dubai villa sliding and French doors cannot be cut on site. It is tempered safety glass, most of it double-glazed, and tempered glass is under internal tension: cutting or drilling it after tempering makes the whole panel shatter.
At the survey we measure the exact opening and record the glass type, thickness, tint, and whether it is single or double-glazed. A new panel is cut with the dog door opening, tempered in the furnace, and assembled as a sealed double-glazed unit where the original was double-glazed.
On installation day we lift out the existing panel, fit the new one, and mount the flap into the pre-cut opening and seal it. No cutting, no glass dust, no mess inside your villa. Keep the original panel stored flat somewhere dry: it can go straight back in if you sell the villa or move out of a rental.
Dubai villa glass comes in gray, green, brown, and blue reflective tints, plus plain transparent, and many projects use exclusive glass specified when the villa was built. We match the new panel as closely as the market allows.
One honest limitation: a new panel is never a 100 percent match to glass that has been in the sun for years. Glass weathers slightly and manufacturing batches vary. From inside, the difference is usually invisible; from outside, at certain angles, the new panel may look a touch fresher than its neighbors.
Most customers stop noticing within a week. If an exact match matters to you, say so at the survey and we will show you the closest available options before anything is ordered.
We protect the floor, remove the existing glass panel, fit the new one with fresh gaskets, mount and seal the dog door, and test the flap. We check the sliding action, the seal around the flap, and on sliding doors the interlock gap where the two leaves meet. A standard job takes one to two hours.
Double-glazed jobs need a survey visit first, because the sealed unit is made to order: two visits, one to measure, one to install.
Training takes most dogs one to three days. Tape the flap fully open at first and let the dog walk through freely, rewarding with treats. Then tape it halfway so the dog has to nudge it, then let it close. Nervous dogs do better with the flap propped open longer. Never shove the dog through: one bad experience can make a timid dog avoid the door for weeks.
Measured at your door before anything is made.
For smaller dogs, up to French Bulldog size.
For medium dogs, Beagle size and around.
For Labradors, Huskies and bigger. No Small: too small for comfort.
If your community is not listed, ask. We cover the whole emirate.
The X-Large, 34.9×60.3 cm. It is built for Labrador-sized dogs, with a flap opening they pass through without ducking or squeezing.
Yes, that is the most common job. We build a new panel with the flap opening that sits in your existing sliding track, so the door keeps sliding exactly as before.
Yes. We use silicon-fixed insert panels, so nothing is screwed into your frames and the insert leaves no trace when removed. You keep your original glass, which goes straight back in when you move out.
The flap is a sealed unit that closes behind the dog. Where our new panel meets your sliding door's interlock, weather strips close the remaining gap against hot air and dust.
