Abu Dhabi gives us two kinds of cat flap jobs. In the towers of Reem Island and Yas Island, it is balcony sliding doors, kitchen windows and fixed panels. In the villas of Khalifa City and Al Reef, it is sliding and French doors to the garden. We fit both, with the same new-glass process either way.
Multi-cat households are where the microchip range earns its keep. One flap can store up to 32 cats, so every cat in the house is registered and every strange cat stays out. DualScan adds per-cat exit control when one of them needs to stay in.
Tower glass is often tinted, so we are straight about the match: the new panel will look close to your existing glass, not identical. You pick from the standard glass options at measurement, and there are no surprises on fitting day.

I live in a tower on Reem Island. Can you fit a flap in the balcony sliding door?+
Yes. We build a new panel to fit your balcony door opening, temper it, and fit it in place of the original. Kitchen windows and fixed panels work the same way.
My tower glass is tinted. Will the new panel match?+
It will look close, not identical. Choose from gray, green, brown or blue reflective glass, or transparent, at the measurement visit. Many towers use glass that cannot be sourced, so we say this upfront.
We have four cats. Does one flap handle all of them?+
Yes. The microchip flap stores up to 32 registered cats, so a multi-cat household needs only one flap. Each cat's implanted chip is registered once.
Do I need my landlord's permission as a renter?+
Most renters mention it to their landlord out of courtesy, but the fitting damages nothing: the silicon-fixed insert leaves no trace and the original glass goes back in when you move out.
