Al Barsha is a mix of older villas and apartment blocks, which means a mix of doors: sliding, French, aluminium, and windows of every age. We have fitted flaps into all of them. The job is always the same underneath: a new tempered panel made for your opening, fitted without touching the original.

Fixed with silicon only. No screws in your frames, no damage, and nothing to see once the insert is removed.
We never cut into your existing glass. Every job gets a new panel, cut to size, tempered and double-glazed.
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Measured and fitted by our own installers.
Al Barsha's villas and apartments span decades of building styles, so no two front or back doors are quite the same. Sliding doors, French doors, aluminium frames, fixed panels and windows all take a flap, and we measure each opening on its own terms. The flap always goes into new tempered, double-glazed glass, never into the existing panel.
Villa cats get the garden through a microchip flap that reads the implanted chip and blocks the strays common in older neighbourhoods. Apartment cats get a balcony or window flap. Manual flaps come in regular and large, and cats over 4.5 kg need the large.
Fitting across Al Barsha, including:

Al Barsha's villa dogs range from small apartment breeds to full-size garden dogs. The M at 21.0x31.1 cm suits a French Bulldog, the L at 26.0x41.3 cm a Beagle, and the XL at 34.9x60.3 cm a Labrador, fitted into whichever door the home has. Older aluminium frames get a new panel made to seat in them properly.
Because the housing stock varies, we measure carefully and make the panel to fit. Every new panel is tempered and double-glazed. Weather strips seal the interlock gap on sliding doors, sometimes included, sometimes a AED 250 add-on.
The microchip flap is the workhorse in Al Barsha. It reads the cat's implanted chip and stays locked for the strange and aggressive cats that roam older neighbourhoods. Villa cats get it in the garden door; apartment cats get it in a balcony panel or window.
Manual flaps come in regular and large, and cats over 4.5 kg need the large opening. Fixed panels, laundry windows and double-glazed units all take a flap, so there is an option for every layout.

Measured for the door you actually have, made new, fitted clean.
We visit, measure the actual opening, and check the frame type and condition. Older Al Barsha frames vary, so we measure twice and make once.
The new panel is measured from your actual opening, cut, tempered and double-glazed with the flap opening. Powder-coated aluminium frames; reflective glass in gray, green, brown or blue, or transparent.
The new panel is fitted into the existing track or frame. Renters get silicon-fixed inserts, with no screws in the frames and nothing to show afterwards.
We check the seal against heat and dust, confirm the door's movement and lock, and return the original panel for safekeeping.
Yes. We measure the existing frames and make a new tempered, double-glazed panel to seat in them. Older and non-standard frames are a normal part of our Al Barsha work.
Fit a microchip flap. It reads your cat's implanted chip and stays locked for every other animal, which is the reliable answer in an older neighbourhood.
Yes. Kitchen windows, laundry windows and fixed panels all take a flap, using the same new-panel process. Many Al Barsha apartments use the window route.
The frames are powder-coated aluminium and the glass comes in gray, green, brown and blue reflective or transparent. A slight colour variation is normal and never a 100% match, which we confirm before making.
